We believe in a simple, transparent approach to both cleaning and billing. Instead of a complex, task-based fee structure, we offer a straightforward hourly rate. This model provides our clients with greater flexibility and value, ensuring a thorough cleaning without the stress of hidden charges or itemized lists.

Inside Refrigerator/Freezer Cleaning: We do not require the client to empty the appliance beforehand. As we know food safety requires food to remain cold or frozen. This takes specialized time to remove and maintain the cold items.

Inside Oven Cleaning (heavy-duty): For ovens with significant baked-on grime that requires specialized products or extended time.

(Can be added to any tier for additional hourly fee, must be requested ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Laundry will have an extra fee of $10 per load)

Blinds cleaning (detailed hand wiping): This can involve hand-wiping individual slats on horizontal blinds, or thoroughly vacuuming/wiping vertical blinds.

Tile and Grout Cleaning (deep): More intensive scrubbing and specialized products for discolored grout.

Ceiling Fan Cleaning (detailed): Wiping down fan blades, motor housing, and light kit.

Door and Door Frame Cleaning: Wiping down doors, handles, and frames to remove smudges and dust.

Light Fixture Cleaning (detailed): Cleaning accessible glass or covers on light fixtures. Dusting of the light fixtures.

Interior window cleaning (detailed): While Basic might include quick wipes, this is a more thorough clean of all interior windows, including frames and sills.

Laundry services: Wash, Dry, & Fold. (This is an extra fee of $10 per load of laundry.)

Interior Cabinet/Drawer Cleaning: Wiping down the interiors of kitchen, bathroom, or other cabinets and drawers.

Wall washing (spot cleaning or full walls): For scuff marks, fingerprints, or general grime.

Bookshelf Dusting/Wiping (detailed): Removing all items, dusting shelves and books, and replacing.

Organization services (e.g., tidying closets, pantries): Working together to sort through life’s clutter. Recommendations for storage and organization solutions.

Garage cleaning/organization: Cleaning, recommending organizing solutions that work for you, and helping implement them.

Patio/deck sweeping and tidying: Reclaim your outdoor space with some cleaning and tidying.

Baseboard cleaning (detailed scrubbing): Going beyond just a quick dust.

Bed linen: Refresh your bedding.
